Quartz can be drawn into quartz glass using two low-cost methods: the first is the New Century Method (NC-U100), and the second is the Two Step Method (NC-U300). Additionally, the rotational melting method (NC-U400) can also be used.
One step production (NC-U100) involves melting high-purity quartz sand using continuous electric melting method and drawing quartz glass tubes. The continuous melting method can produce glass tubes with a diameter of 2-30mm and a wall thickness of 1-2mm, which can be cut with a ruler.

Milk white quartz plate
New Century Quartz is cut and processed into different quartz products using milky white quartz weights, mainly used as insulation flanges and gaskets. It is a high-purity milky white quartz glass with uniform dispersion and micrometer sized pores that can produce good diffuse reflection. A small piece of NC-W00 product can effectively block all wavelengths of light from ultraviolet to infrared. The density of this material is very close to that of transparent fused silica. After fire polishing, it has a unique microstructure and smooth surface, so NC-W00 has good sealing performance. Compared with other opal quartz, NC-W00 is more resistant to the attack of hydrofluoric acid.

Quartz materials in the new century are mainly used in semiconductors, electric heating, and heating lamps The new century can produce quartz glass tubes with diameters ranging from 2-500mm. The new century can provide quartz glass tubes with different production methods and raw material grades. Quartz tubes can be produced using low-cost one-step methods or complex multi-step methods. One step production, using continuous electric melting method to melt high-purity quartz sand and draw quartz glass tubes. The continuous melting method can produce glass tubes with a diameter of 2-350mm and a wall thickness of 1-10mm, which can be cut with a ruler. Multi step method can produce corresponding quartz tubes according to customer needs.

Transparent quartz rod
Jinzhou New Century Quartz Glass can produce quartz glass rods of different material grades and sizes. The NC-100 continuous melting method can produce one-step quartz rods with a diameter of 10-30mm. The continuous melting method can reduce the production cost of quartz rods and meet more industrial applications. Compared with the one-step method (NC-100), the NC-200 multi-step melting method can produce longer and larger diameter quartz rods, with a size range of outer diameter from 3mm to 200mm

¢Ù NC-200 quartz weight uses a hydrogen oxygen flame to melt high-purity quartz sand, preparing quartz weight with good transparency and low bubble rate. Quartz weights can be melted to produce square weights and larger round weights, which are used as raw materials for producing quartz square pieces, quartz circular pieces, and quartz flanges. NC-200 is mainly used in semiconductors, solar energy, LED, and flat panel displays.
