NC-U100 One step production (NC-U100) involves melting high-purity quartz sand using continuous electric melting method and drawing quartz glass tubes. The continuous melting method can produce glass tubes with a diameter of 2-30mm and a wall thickness of 1-2mm, which can be cut with a ruler.
NC-U300 Two step method, using electric melting to melt high-purity quartz sand to make quartz weights, melting the quartz weights twice and pulling the tubes. The tube diameter can reach 8-120mm, and the wall thickness is adjusted according to the outer diameter.
NC-U400 Rotating method, using a rotating process, can produce special wall thickness milky white quartz pipes (U400&U410) with a maximum outer diameter of 1200mm, which can be used as baking pipes and insulation materials. |
